Morning activities

Our guide and driver pick up from Hotel in Hoi An. Say goodbye ancient town for visiting ancient capital of Vietnam. Make your initial start at the citadel of the Imperial City, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and grand historical landmark. Check out the Forbidden Purple City and the personal home of the Nguyen dynasty's emperors, and following that break for lunch before embarking on a boat ride that carries you on the Perfume River.

Afternoon activities

Take a boat trip to get a visit to the Thien Mu pagoda, an unofficial symbol of the city along with also an active Buddhism monastery with roots that date back to 1601. See an automobile that belonged to a monk who set himself on fire to protest the cruel treatment of Buddhists from the authorities of Southern VietNam, and after that check out the elaborate blend of Western and Eastern architecture in the tomb of Emperor Khai Dinh before you embark on the return trip to Hoi An.
